We now have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Executive Director and working closely with members of the site leadership team, this role will develop and implement marketing strategies and activations for the Top Cut Group to deliver strategies that are specific to the foodservice industry to meet consumer and customer requirements. In this role you will work with our key customers (hotels, pubs & clubs as well a 4 & 5 Star restaurants) to articulate product and service offerings, key benefits and messages for use by their sales and marketing teams. You will create compelling marketing campaigns using strategies that will ensure successful and profitable outcomes as well as create content for corporate marketing collateral, website/blog/social media and other initiatives.
We are seeking a degree qualified Marketer with a Foodservice (HORECA) marketing background or related FMCG industry. You can demonstrate detailed experience with customer activations planning and execution, campaign development and deployment and, customer research and insights (ideally Net Promotor Score insights). Your strategic and conceptual knowledge for marketing strategy coupled with a thorough knowledge and understanding of consumer insights that will ensure your success.
